At Daedo, we are committed to providing the highest quality martial arts gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the equipment or apparel you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
